Later, drawing as a "medium d'urgence" became the central form of expression in her work. Image-text combinations flirting with dilettantism, mostly executed on A4 sheets, become her trademark. Disparate motif worlds - childlike comic and animal figures, everyday subjects, media images, abstract pictorial elements - meet notations written in beautiful script or scribbled brusquely in French, German or English. In terms of content, the multilingual text fragments oscillate between politically insubordinate statements, poetic notes, exclamations and literary quotations and expand the pictorial level with unexpectedly subversive layers of meaning.
